All our products come with a 6-month warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons. The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
How to Return and Get a Refund/Replacement?
Step 1: Please contact our Vevormro customer service (via [Contact Us]) and provide the reason along with the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team will investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
Step 3: Once both parties reach an agreement, our customer service team will provide the return information.
(Note: Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.)
Step 4: Return the product (if required). Once our warehouse confirms receipt, our customer service team will process the refund or replacement. You will receive the refund within 2–14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
1. Reasons Supporting Free Return

DOA (Dead on arrival) If the product is confirmed damaged, you can reject it directly.
Wrong item sent Please provide clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number, and all shipping labels on the package.
Doesn't match description Please provide photos showing the issue.
Quality issues Please provide pictures or videos to verify the issue.
Missing parts Please provide pictures or videos to verify the missing parts.
Note: Please contact us with the necessary evidence (pictures/videos) for the above return situations. Once verified, we will provide a suitable solution.
2. Reasons Not Supporting Free Return
Return Reason Note
Arrived too late Vevormro will not offer free returns if delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
Don’t want/need/like it Change of mind, ordering by mistake, price changes, high shipping cost, found better products, or product not meeting personal expectations are not eligible for free return.
Without manual/non-standard manual Please contact us for an electronic or video manual instead.
User error Any damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, or purchasing the wrong item is not covered.
Note: For the above situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return and restocking.
3. How Long Does It Take to Receive My Refund?
